Good read. I have stage IV colorectal cancer. I had a support group in the beginning when it was stage III B and they thought they could cure it. My support group was mostly my family. My boyfriend left me when we found out it had gone to stage IV. I had a lot of emotions going on then. Either my age or treatments or both started causing other problems. I have an overactive thyroid now and peripheral vascular disease in 1 leg. Lol this is why you shouldn't smoke. Well I quit smoking 4 years ago. I think I drained my family. Most of them ghosted me when I could no longer do the things I used to. I still work so thats a good thing. I have human interaction there. I guess im getting used to being alone but know I may need to hire someone sometime in the future to assist. For now, I am going to put on my shoes, take a walk and see if I can grow some arteries. Thanks for posting

Hi Patricia, Thankyou for the detailed response. It’s a real shame your boyfriend left but thanks for the new info about your peripheral vascular disease. I just did some research on it and walking is great for improving the flow.

So put on those shoes and take a walk.
