Authors Message
If you’re here, something’s changed. Maybe it was a diagnosis. Maybe someone you love received one. Or maybe, like me once, you just felt something snap inside and knew that life was never going to be the same.
Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you came.
I’m Paul Cobbin, the Author of The Trinity of You and creative behind the Decode Your Diagnosis Content Ecosystem, but more importantly, I’m someone who has experienced chronic conditions first hand, from prostate cancer to severe heart disease and more, I’ve experienced the lows of diagnosis and the highs of decoding the conditions so when you hear from me it’s from personal experience.
In this weekly edition of the Trinity Telegraph I’ll be highlighting the various activities happening in and around the Decode Your Diagnosis ecosystem so you know what to look out for in the future.
I say it’s an ecosystem, because I release my books under a system I named a ChapterKey™ First Edition Release.
As part of this system the books are released chapter by chapter, key by key, one week at a time so you have time to digest and implement each subject topic before moving on to the next one.
In summary that means a schedule of release giving you a number of ways to interpret the content.
To start the content week on Thursdays, the ChapterKey™ email and audio editions are released simultaneously so you can read or listen as you choose.
On future Friday’s, I will be interviewing experts in the field of decoding a diagnosis using Substack Live in a podcast series called Sessions From The Edge. You’ll be invited to join for Q&A once I understand how it works.
I’ll be putting invitations to join, in this newsletter so keep yours eyes out in the weekly edition of the Trinity Telegraph (published on Sundays).
On Tuesday’s you’ll hear from the Rings of Resilience team, a digital team reviewing the content of the week in a round table four minute mini edition.
From time to time there with additional downloads and mini books made available along the way to assist with decoding your own diagnosis.
The one important concept I’d like to leave you with in this edition is that you are not alone. And I mean that in the true sense of the word, not just figuratively. We’ll talk more about your own support team in later chapters but for now let me bring the Trinity Arena community to your attention. It’s not open yet but in this edition of the Trinity Telegraph you can reserve your spot in the waitlist for the Inner Ring™ where you’ll be able to talk directly with other Titans, compare notes, comment on episodes and share expereinces in the CommonFire™ chats and member exclusive live (online) events.
Thankyou and above all, keep decoding your diagnosis.
sincerely,
Paul
ChapterKey™ Feature: Chapter 1
This chapter begins your walk with the Codex. But more than that, it invites you to stand at the threshold of what comes next. Not in fear. But in fierce honesty.
Synopsis
This opening chapter sets the emotional and philosophical tone of The Trinity of You. It begins not with answers, but with a reckoning, a recognition that a chronic diagnosis is a line in the sand. There’s life before, and life after. And if you’re reading this, you’ve already crossed that line.
But this chapter doesn’t dwell on despair. It reframes diagnosis as the call to transformation. Through powerful metaphor and grounded storytelling, Paul invites readers to see their diagnosis not as the end of their story, but the beginning of a new one, one they have the power to write.
The Trinity Codex is introduced as a living manuscript, a symbolic, visual framework that helps Titans decode their health journey by aligning their mind, body, and soul. The Codex becomes more than a diagram. It becomes a compass, a companion, and a call to action.
This chapter closes by framing the path ahead: a journey through awareness, acceptance, and action. And it does so with a clear invitation: start where you are, with what you have, and begin decoding your life, one choice, one reflection, one week at a time.
🗝️ Key Insight
Your diagnosis may feel like an ending, but it is also the beginning of a new kind of strength.
It’s not survival for survival’s sake. It’s the start of clarity, choice, and alignment.
📓 Reflection
What would it mean for you to begin rewriting your story from this moment forward?
Rings of Resilience™ — Mini
Episode 5
In this week’s Rings of Resilience Episode, Patrick, Fama, and Conrad unpack what it really means to move from Why me? to Now what?
They reflect on Chapter 1’s message that transformation starts the moment we stop seeing ourselves as broken and start seeing ourselves as in motion.
Tune in tomorrow night for the full episode. (And yes, it’s only 4 minutes, but it just might reframe your week.)
