Wow,
What a week the last one has been for Decode your Diagnosis.
I Owe You An Apology
First let me apologise for the flurry of emails you’ve been receiving the last few days. This CipherLine edition explains why because it has changed Decode Your Diagnosis for the better and it’s better to do it now in one foul swoop than intermittent pain along the way.
Thank you for your understanding. There won’t be much more if any after this weekend.
I assure you we will be back to our regular scheduling on the release of the next chapter this Thursday.
The Disruption In The Matrix
It started the week before last, when I received a reading from Tara Kabatoff. Now let me start by saying I’m ordinarily a skeptic but in this case Tara nailed it. To my amazement, days later one of her predictions actually happened and I met Fleur Hull, a book marketing specialist who politely disrupted the apple cart in a good way. Her recommendation sent me back to the drawing board and adjust the title of book 1, including significant renaming of concepts across the philosophy behind it, sending ripples coursing across 24 chapters.
You may have seen my call for advice mentioned in the “stop the press” post.
Thanks to the suggestions and voting of a number of subscribers on that post, the book name changed, as did the underlying philosophy, and before I knew it, I was back into editing mode. But I tell you what, the change has really tightened up the book, the philosophy and the offering of Decode Your Diagnosis to bring clarity and refined purpose.
CipherLine Replaces The Telegraph
The ripples passed through not only the book but across the entire Decode your Diagnosis content ecosystem. One of them being this very newsletter.
The old title is out, and CipherLine is in. Ciphers are cryptographic codes, the concept of which dates back thousands of years.
Cipher as a concept has its origins in the Sanskrit term for zero, which was later refined to the arabic concept and word ‘sifr’. The oldest known ciphers are said to be the hieroglyphs of the Egyptian pyramids, around 3000 BCE. So there you have it, an old term and now we are using CipherLine to help decipher the Decode Your Diagnosis ecosystem.
The Substack Ripple
To improve your ciphering process I have done some rearranging of the Substack publication:
I have added ChapterKey Indexes for both the digital (text), and audio (narrated) editions of the books.
Each index is labelled in honour of the edition it represents. Ie. ChapterKey™ Digital Edition Index.
I’ve moved the book chapters so you can find them logically in their applicable menu item. Unfortunately that means you won’t see them in the main feed. They will still come to you as emails but you won’t see them in the mobile app.
The web browser version of Substack now has specific menus for:
ChapterKey Digital Edition
ChapterKey Audio Edition
I have created a general index of all major content groups above as well as the Sessions From The Edge and Rings of Resilience podcasts. You’ll find this general index pinned to the front of the main feed to help Substackers who focus their reading experience on the mobile app.
Clicking on one of the links in the general index will take you to the subject content index and you’ll be on your way.
The ReadersKey™ Is Open
The next phase of Decode your Diagnosis has always been to open a community portal for Titans of Decode Your Diagnosis to provide a safe zone for people to discuss the sensitive issues a chronic condition raises. The best thing about a community like this is you are not alone and that’s critical, so here it comes.
The first step along the pathway to the Titans Arena is the opening of the ReadersKey Substack paid subscription level.
Subscription is half price until the end of August.
Paid subscribers of the Decode Your Diagnosis Substack Publication will get direct access to me, the author, through the monthly live ‘Between The Lines’ book club get togethers, where you can ask anything you like relating to the book. It will be a live forum with other Titans so I’m really looking forward to the personal connection we will generate in the process.
It doesn’t stop there.
One of the benefits of subscribing to the ReadersKey includes monthly exclusive webinar’s hosted by me to decipher the Decode Your Diagnosis philosophy and help you expand your understanding of how it might apply to you.
And if that wasn’t enough, ReadersKey members will be invited to attend the monthly Sessions From The Edge Q&A Panel where guests from previous sessions appear with myself and others to answer your questions relating to their interviews.
So what do you think, worth subscribing to?
There’s more but you’ll just have to subscribe to find out.
ChapterKey™
This week inside ChapterKey, we stepped into a turning point, Chapter 5: Elements, Forces & Dynamic Harmony. It begins with a collapse, but it doesn’t end there.
What followed was a reassembly of systems, of soul, of self. And that reassembly gave birth to the very model we now call Decode Your Diagnosis.
Through each post this week, we explored how healing isn’t a checkbox. It’s a dance between your inner Elements and the Forces around you. The goal isn’t balance, it’s Dynamic Harmony.
Podcast Spotlight
The latest Rings of Resilience mini-episode explores how our Elements react to life’s pressures, and how reclaiming Harmony is less about discipline and more about rhythm. Listen now.
Reflections Notepad
Use your Reflections Notepad to explore your own Elements and Forces. There is a question inside for every chapter. Download yours here:

It’s been a big week, so that’s your cipher for this week. Bye for now, stay safe and I’ll see you in the next edition of CipherLine as we continue to decode your diagnosis.
sincerely,
Paul
