What often looks like fatigue at this point in the year is really the body catching up to everything the mind has already carried. When we stop pushing for readiness and give that process room, energy returns quietly — steadier, truer, and far more sustainable.

You know what K, I’ve just returned from a 10 day Vipassana course with 12 hours of meditation per day and every waking hour in “noble silence”. Man, what a fantastic way to do a hard reset recovery.

Paul, That sounds absolutely like the perfect way to start the year! My new year's commitment to myself is to slow down and do less. Meditation is the perfect way to kick start the process. I find that when I practice mindfulness more frequently, my life flows, there's less friction and I have more clarity. Thanks for commenting and sharing your experience!
