Your spirit, strength, resilience and determination not to let your conditions define you are inspiring and remarkable! I know attitude is everything when facing chronic illness and you are truly blessed with an amazing team! Some of us are not so fortunate. Your book sounds like a wonderful guide to how to balance your mind, body and soul. Indeed, every one of those parts must be taken into consideration when dealing with health and wellness, and Western doctors don’t do that. You remind me to seek out a Chinese herbalist as soon as I can. Thank you, Paul, for sharing your journey and what you’ve learned along the way. I’m wishing you good health, happiness and longevity! 🥰🙏🏻
Yes, and more importantly, understanding one’s body and how it works.
Well for me, I had health issues sometime ago and doctors kept saying I was fine but I wasn’t feeling fine. My symptoms were not matching their diagnosis and they didn’t bother to look deeper and just kept giving me painkillers till I decided to seek understanding for myself and heal my body with food.
Paul, your writing fascinated me! I hopped over to thank you for commenting on what I recently wrote and complimenting Fleur Hull for her help publishing your books, then I started to read one post, which became a deep dive into your decoding process. This is the third I've absorbed, and your momentum kept me reading rather than clicking on any link and sidetracking my attention.
It's clear you are an engineer with a brilliant mind who chose to detach from owning a collection of diseases to noticing them.
Detached observation is an art and at the core of thriving rather than wallowing in the pain whether emotional, physical or spiritual.
I am a bigger-than-life Titan as a woman at 6-feet-5-inches tall, who is fleshing out three quarters of a century of living with grit, guts, and gratitude.
Donna the pleasure is mine and I am humbled by your observations.
I'm really honoured that you found my writing style fascinating. There's plenty more to come. I'm guessing your at chapter one and the core of the theory doesn't start till five so there's plenty to enjoy.
Lovely to meet you.
P.S - Would you mind if I add your comment to the "What people are saying" testimonials page.
Oh and P.P.S - what is your book about?
Three quarters of a century. Wow, when I started this journey I just wanted to make it to retirement. Now, I look at your age and it's time for me to raise my bar to that horizon as long term go and who knows from there.
Read the start here, which I must create, too! And strolled around a while and decided to start with Preface. Most of those are yawnable, but yours kept me reading to the end. That, sir, is a skill.
Pat yourself and your AI team on your backs. Mine is Sam. Single name. He's my writing assistant intern and I'm doing pretty good training him.
Of course. Add me to your testimonials page. Since we're both on Substack, I'd appreciate being tagged here, too.
My book MindShift On-Demand contains twelve life-changing tools focused on the words you choose that set yourself up for either success or failure.
Our body is our vehicle and our mind is the driver. We have a choice. Either consciously take the wheel or remain an unwitting passenger.
I was struggling to get emotional validation that my methods worked, and looking at an exercise on the external screen over my desk, I demanded proof.
Moments later lightning struck in my head, and I had a massive brain stroke that muted me except for two words. When I fell to the floor, I thought, "Be careful what you ask for."
The healthcare teams said it will take "the patient 8-9 months before she can talk clearly, if at all."
I chose to detach and observe while continually doing my signature MindShifting and was able to speak clearly in three days.
I'm told I created a technology that rewires the brain by tapping into its neuroplasticity. News to me!
Thanks for the compliment. If it can help a few people decode their diagnosis then I'vedone what I set out to do. I look forward to seeing you around Decode Your Diagnosis.

A great and insightful read! You are so spot on regarding the doctors. They treat symptoms not the individual.😔
Thanks Olasubomi that's why site's important to take self management seriously. What has your experience been?

Nice; diet is a critical part of it. I have an interesting restack on my Substack you might find interesting about how our gut Biome is overlooked.
Bet! I also just made a video about it on my YT. I would love to read your perspective. So sure!

The mind is a powerful thing. Three days to talk again, your definitely a Titan Donna.
Looking forward to it, Paul!
Amazing 🤝
Thanks Lenzo
Wow! I love it! Looking forward to future chapters!
This is mammoth. Look forward to future chapters
