I love this concept of alignment and presence. The small, consistent acts of pausing and realigning mind, body and soul can create great elasticity and fitness. My only thought is how would someone without the financial capacity to access resources such as a meditation coach, or nutritionist, be able to make small changes?

Great questions Safeera.

People find ways is my short answer and that’s not a cop out but improvisation is key. As people with chronic conditions we have to improvise within our available budget and I mean that seriously.

The long answer is, I’ve hit backspace so many times Safeera because in reality I could not adequately respond in a short text reply so instead I’m going to Segway to the upcoming “Decode, Align & Thrive” webinar I’ll be hosting early November.

It is the presentation I did in Geelong 26/10/25. There I’ll be releasing something very special that may answer your question.

And Safeera, I’m going to augment the presentation and respond to your question directly.

Thanks Paul, I agree with you because I have a chronic illness and have had to find ways as well

- enhancing existing practices (e.g. prayer but deepening my understanding) and trying out new things one at a time in line with my capacity.

I asked the question not for myself (was being a bit cheeky 😀) but more for others and the wider audience who may wonder how they can make changes suitable to their lifestyle, needs and resources.

Look forward to hearing your suggestions in your upcoming webinar.

Thanks Safeera, your question was totally valid because as someone who has the means to explore functional health to its fullest, I am at the extreme end.

It’s not everyday someone has the potential to write a book as the answer to a clinician’s prescription to “get creative”.
